Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Minimum Qualifications:
➢ Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from a regionally accredited academic institution of higher education
➢ Holds a valid license in the State of Illinois with no adverse actions against their license in Illinois or any other State
➢ Be able to pass State and Federal Background Check
➢ Three years of experience with psychological assessment tools
➢ Three years of mental experience including therapy and supervision
Licenses Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC)
Minimum Qualifications:
➢ Hold a Master in counseling, rehabilitation counseling from a regionally accredited academic institution of higher education
➢ Holds a valid license (LCPC) in the State of Illinois with no adverse actions against their license in Illinois or any other State
➢ Be able to pass State and Federal Background Check
➢ Three years of mental experience including therapy and supervision
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
Minimum Qualifications:
➢ Hold a Master Degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy or a related field
➢ Has successfully completed 1,000 hours of practicum and/or internship under clinical and educational supervision or one year of documented clinical experiences under the supervision of a QMHP
➢ Be able to pass State and Federal Background Check
➢ Three years of mental experience including therapy
Mental Health Professional (MHP)
Minimum Qualifications:
➢ Hold a Bachelors Degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy or a related field
➢ Be able to pass State and Federal Background Check
➢ Three years of mental experience
Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA)
Minimum Qualifications:
➢ Must be at least 21 years of age
➢ Be skilled in the delivery of rehabilitative services to adults and children
➢ The ability to follow a structure and accept supervision
➢ The ability to work constructively with individuals receiving services, other providers, and the community
➢ Be able to pass State and Federal Background Check
➢ Three years of mental experience
